The-Dream Teases New Project, 'The Nikki Project'

It seems The-Dream is working on some new heat.

The Grammy-winning producer/singer-songwriter went on his Instagram recently to tease his next body of work, The Nikki Project. According to his post, the project features nine tracks.

“Nikki……………………………… Sometimes Time is Right on Time, don’t Force time, Don’t tell Time what to Do, you can’t rush it you must Trust Time to Do what it does and the Truth will be seen in Light and in Darkness,” he wrote in a caption.

If you recall, The-Dream introduced his fans to this kmysteriius character named “Nikki” in 2007 on his first album, LoveHate. Then, he referenced the mysterious character on his Love King album in 2010 (“Nikki Part 2”). There is also a song called “Nikki’s Dialogue” on his latest album, Ménage à Trois: Sextape Vol. 1, 2, 3.

No word on the release date for The Nikki Project.
