Seattle's CheckTeam and Souf Souf Team Up for "On The Road"

Two Seattle hip-hop teams The CheckTeam and Souf Souf have teamed up for a crazy track with "On The Road." To top it off, rising Seattle based videographers TownEnt is on director duties to make it a true PNW family affair.

Souf Souf is made up of G Baby and Shotta Pistol who bring the melodies while the CheckTeam's Keylo and Louii V come through with the smooth bars they are known for. It's a perfect combination showing exactly what Seattle rising class has to offer.

Souf Souf is the sound of the youth living in South Seattle with contrasting styles from the duo; G Baby providing an unforgettable melodic flow paired with Shotta Pistola's rhymes that showcase a life unlike most. These two have been providing neighborhood hit after hit with consistency gaining over 100k Views on "Big Flip" and over 50k on "Sinner". South Seattle's CheckTeam takes influence from hip-hop's great collectives and delivers a distinctly West Coast take on a rap game that they rightfully see as ripe for the taking. The CheckTeam was founded in 2013 by Keylo, Louii V, Peezy, and AP originally as just a group of friends before deciding to take music seriously in 2017. Musically they are influenced by artists like Mac Dre and Chief Keef. The group has released a handful of singles on Soundcloud accumulating over 500,000 plays and has a mixtape due out in 2019.
