R&B Duo Ingram Street Drops New Single 'I Just Want Your Love'
Ingram Street is a talented R&B duo consisting of two brothers, Woody Ingram and Minquel Ingram. Their name is a tribute to their roots and musical journey, as it incorporates their namesake and the word "street." Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, the Home of the Ohio State Buckeyes. The brothers have deep southern roots, as both of their parents hail from the southern states. Their love for R&B started at a young age, inspired by the likes of Michael Jackson, the Jackson Family, Prince, Stevie Wonder, Shalamar, and New Edition, among others. Over the years, they've incorporated various elements of Hip Hop, Rock, House, Jazz, and other styles into their music, but their base will always be R&B.
Ingram Street's latest album, Streetlights, is a remix album of songs from their previous two albums, with new tracks included as well. They've already released a couple of singles off the album, including a remix by DJ Soulchild of their popular song "The Friend Zone," a remix by The Realm called "Natural High," and their current single "I Just Want Your Love," produced by Sadahiro Nakano. Their music videos are a testament to their upbeat and lively performances, with their title track to their previous album, "Paint The Town," featuring a call-out step. They recently had an album release show at one of Columbus's premier live music venues, Natalie's-Grandview, which was a standing-room-only success. Fans can look forward to seeing them perform there again on August 6th.
