Multi-talented British Nigerian songtress Luicianne wants more

Lucianne is an actress, singer and overall creative who merges all of those talents on her new song and accompanying cinematically and digitally appealing video "More." The tune is a grooving and pumping fusion of Afrobeat and R&B with lyrics that tell the story of when unquenched desire blurs the line between fantasy and reality.

Like so much great art created over the last two years, "More" was greatly inspired by the Covid imposed disconnectedness. The pandemic forced people to connect digitally via Zoom, Facetime and the like. Lucianne said that the story of a person wishing that a relationship formed diigitally can become a connection in the analog world.

"With so much of our lives being online. I was really into someone that I always saw online, and I just knew that if I ever had the chance to have him in my life then it’d be all good, but I only really saw him online and was always yearning to take it offline. The song speaks about loving on someone from a distance for such a long time, that you now need more than that. It is one of my favourite songs and I hope it gives us all the courage to go for what we want," she said.

A super talented creative, Lucianne spent the last few years working as an in demand actress in the growing Nigerian film market, also known as Nollywood.
