Over the weekend (June 6), critically acclaimed R&B sensation Guordan Banks teamed up with “BET Jams” to uncover the music video for his buzzing new hit 'Can’t Keep Runnin’.
The cinematic visual with the twisted ending, featuring Kai Morae (daughter of Lisa Raye), highlights his charisma and style, in addition to the soulful vocals that have quietly transformed him into a phenomenon. Costume designer and celebrity stylist, Provi Fulp, drapes Banks in high fashion brands such as, Versace, The Kooples, and YSL. Meanwhile, “Can’t Keep Runnin’” continues its steady climb up the Billboard charts, nearing the Top 10. Sampling Gap Band’s classic “Yearning For Your Love,” it fuses eras by merging R&B and funk into nostalgic, modern bliss. Already, the track has garnered over 700,000 Spotify streams and counting.
