Dijon Shares New Song "Crybaby :*("
Los Angeles-based, Baltimore-raised artist Dijon has shared a new song and accompanying video. Directed by Jack Karaszewski, the video for "CRYBABY :*(" is a gripping three-minute cut filmed entirely with a still camera, resulting into a bizarrely modern stop-motion experience. The song follows the fleetingly tender single "Good Luck" and builds from the intimate blueprint he laid out on his debut EP Sci Fi 1, delving into a more immediate and visceral R&B space.
In the midst of a successful year for Dijon - appearing on the cover of Brick Magazine, being profiled for The FADER's "GEN F" series, and bringing his captivating live show to the world for the first time - he's back to announce his second headlining tour. Kicking off January 30th in Toronto, he'll make stops in New York, Portland, Vancouver, and San Francisco before concluding the run February 21st in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale November 8th beginning at 10AM local time. The run will follow his tour dates with budding star Omar Apollo next month and precede his tour run with indie heroes Vampire Weekend next year. See all show dates here and below.
