Cassie Releases New Music on Her New Label, Ventura Music

Model/singer Cassie's personal life has been quite the blog fodder, lately. She broke up with P Diddy last year and moved on quickly with her personal trainer, Alex Fine. She recently revealed she's expecting her first child, but on the professional level, she's also making new moves with her own indie record label, Ventural Musc.

She recently released two singles “Excuses” and "Moments." Produced by Chris N Teeb (Ciara, Tiffany Evans, Danity Kane), “Excuses” sees Cassie making herself a priority after feeling depleted in a relationship, clearly inspo from real life. 

“I gotta care about myself more than I have been / Because I just can’t go on being your air / If I can’t breathe / I can’t be your strength / If I don’t take care of me / This is an excuse that is needed,” Cassie sings on tune, which she co-wrote with Sickpen.

It’s unclear if “Excuses” and “Moments” will appear on a future project. Listen to both below
