Buzzing ALT-R&B Darling Mallory Merk Signs to Warner Records and Drops “Strangers” Video

Fresh off the release of her debut EP Strangers and glowing critical acclaim, Mallory Merk today announced her signing with Warner Records. The Louisiana-born, NYC-raised 20-year-old has been quietly making a name for herself over the past few years, cutting her teeth in the modeling world for the likes of Yeezy, Gucci, and Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty before linking up with Zack Bia and James Canton’s Field Trip Records in 2019. Mallory made her official music debut earlier this year with “Ghosts,” attracting the attention of cultural influencers like Kendall Jenner and Taco – as well as Warner Records. Now signed to the major label in partnership with Field Trip Records and managed by Kayode Badmus-Wellington’s drtymnd collective, the fashion, press, and alt-R&B darling is gearing up for new music to come in 2021.
