Recording Academy To Host "Cares Act" Webinar

The Recording Academy will host a CARES Act Webinar on 4/6 to discuss "How the $2 Trillion Stimulus Bill Impacts Music Makers." The event will be viewable via Facebook Live at 3pm ET/12 noon PT, RSVP here. 

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act contains a number of key protections and provisions that can help music creators. Recording Academy Chief Industry, Government & Member Relations Officer Daryl Friedman will moderate a webinar with Greenberg Traurig attorneys Kelly Bunting and Monica Schulteis, to discuss the impact of the CARES Act on the music community. Guest Congresswoman Linda T. Sánchez (D-CA) will also join to give an update from Capitol Hill.
