Rapper Travis Scott is being sued by a fan injured at one of his concert's earlier this year.

At Scott's April 30th show at NYC venue Terminal 5, several concertgoers fell from the balcony onto the ground level, one being Kyle Green who is reportedly suing the rapper and venue operator Bowery Presents.

According to The New York Post, Green says he suffered serious injuries, including a fractured vertebrae and right ankle, a broken left wrist, and is now paralyzed on his left side.

The NY Post reports that the lawsuit alleges the rapper egged on the crowd in the balcony to leap from the balcony into the crowd below's waiting arms.

Green says in the suit that the rapper handled the incident in a less than professional way. The suit alleges Scott ordered his security guards to drag injured Green to the stage where the rapper gave him a ring as a gift of consolation.

Scott can be heard on cell phone footage of the incident saying, “Yo, pick him up! Pick his ass up! Take this ring! Pick him up, man!”

Travis Scott issued a statement about the incidents after the Terminal 5 concert. “The safety of everyone is held in the highest regard and we are currently conducting an internal investigation to ensure that this does not happen again,” the statement read. “We are deeply concerned about the guest who was injured and intends to offer him our support.”
