The Ex Files: Are Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri Rekindling Their Flame?

Janet Jackson is attempting to move on with her life in more ways than one: she's getting a divorce from her estranged billionaire husband Wissam Al Mana, she's back in the states on her "State Of The World" Tour, and she's...seeing her ex Jermaine Dupri again?

Yep, that's the word on the street according to Bossip. The gossip site claims they have exclusive tea that Jackson is rekindling her flame with Dupri as her confidant after a stressful few years.

They report that Dupri is Jackson's go-to person she can truly lean on, and the relationship seems to be heating back up. According to Bossip, it's unclear how long the two have been in contact, but they've been reconnecting as of late which is leading to rumors the two might get back together. 

Janet and Jermaine began dating in 2002 stayed together for seven years before splitting up in 2009. Dupri had even reportedly popped the question, but the couple never made it down the aisle.  

This seems highly plausible, being that Janet's brother Randy recently claimed in an interview with People that Janet endured emotional and verbal abuse at the hands of Al Mana.
