New Amy Winehouse Demo Track ‘My Own Way’ Surfaces

Four years following Amy Winehouse’s death, in 2015, Universal Music U.K. CEO David Joseph, allegedly destroyed all of Winehouse’s demo recordings to prevent posthumous releases. Three years later, a single track has surfaced on YouTube.
One of Winehouse’s early composers Gil Cang, has posted never-before-heard demo track "My Own Way" to YouTube. “I’ve had it knocking about for so long. I found it again last week and thought I’ll put it out there so people could hear it,” Cang said.
