Just two days before he's scheduled to hit the halftime stage for Superbowl LII on February 4, Justin Timberlake will drop a new album titled Man of the Woods on February 2nd.

Today (Jan. 2), he dropped a short teaser which details the inspiration behind the opus.

Just as the title suggests, Justin is stripping all the glitz and glamour away to reveal his true self; a family man as a husband and father. In the clip, he's seen among nature, contemplating while frolicking in the rustic countryside; he leaps, he lights a bonfire, he reflects in a snowy field.

"This album is really inspired by my son, my wife, my family, but more so than any other album I've ever written, where I'm from – it's personal," he says in the voiceover. Some of the new music from the album plays throughout the clip. He's also seen in the studio with mega-producer Pharrell Williams, who cosigns the project as a "smash."

Timberlake will drop the first single from Man of the Woods on Friday (Jan 5).
