Jhene Aiko Gets Beau Big Sean's Face Tatted On Her Arm

Before the ink could dry on the divorce papers from her ex-husband, rapper Dot da Genius, singer Jhene Aiko got her beau Detroit rapper Big Sean's face tatted on the back of her left arm.

The tat shows Big Sean's fact in a bow-tie and the collar of a tuxedo. 

To express her devotion, the 29-year-old went to Los Angeles-based celebrity tattoo artist Miryam “The Witchdoctor” Lumpini for the body art. The tattoo artist posted the photo of her work on her IG with the caption “Art is love. Thanks Jheńe for allowing me to share this moment."

After months of speculation and a 2016 collaborative EP Twenty88, the pair made their relationship official in Oct. 2016.  

In September, Aiko gushed to Billboard about their relationship, citing their foundation of friendship as the strength of their bond.

“We were friends; it was never, nothing disrespectful ever happened between Sean and me,” she explained. “…We were forced to really, really get to know each other on a friendship level… And obviously, we worked together as well throughout our relationship. We did songs together. And then it just came to a point where it was like, ‘I’m single, you’re single, we love each other.’ We actually already loved each other as people and then it was like, ‘Okay, let’s just, you know, be together.’ So it was different because of that friendship. That comes first; we’re friends before anything. We can bicker like a friendship.”
