A few days after Kanye West made an appearance at Kid Cudi's concert over the weekend after a year-long hiatus following his hospitalization, it seems he's getting back to business, as well.

It's been reported that West's company Mascotte Holdings filed for four U.S. trademarks last week for something called Yeezy Sound. According to the documents, one of the applications describes the entity as "streaming of music, audio, images, video and other multimedia content over the internet, mobile devices, wireless networks and other computer networks and electronic communications networks.”

Even though it's unclear, it definitely sounds like a streaming service! Which is interesting, because this news comes just months after Yeezy left his (former?) friend Jay-Z's streaming service Tidal over money disputes. TMZ reported that Kanye claims Tidal owes him more than $3 million." When Jay first acquired Tidal, Kanye was one of many artists on board with the streaming service.

Other descriptions of Kanye's new trademarks include something described as being for “retail stores, wholesale stores, mail order services, on-line ordering services and on-line retail store services, and retail store services available through computer communications and interactive television.”
