Awake in the night, the Danish duo AyOwA go searching their subconscious in  "Insomnia," thanks to the haunting lyrics iof Danish writer Mette Moestrup.  The electro-Scandi act drops their dreamy visual, which features dancer Vivian Põldoja creating some mystifying wintery shapes amongst snow and insects like an insomnia-induced hallucination. The track has an ice-cold Cocteau Twins kind of vibe with moments of soaring vocals backed by inventive electronics.

“Insomnia” is the first single from their forthcoming EP “Farvel”, to be released in May 2018 on Copenhagen label Music For Dreams. Based on their trademark electronic approach, but this time with many acoustic elements, the duo goes exploring new sides of their nordic, dark and moving electronic songs.
