Bobby Brackins, (rapper, singer, and songwriter known for penning “2 On” for Tinashe, “Loyal” for Chris Brown, and most recently, “I’m the One” for Khaled) just dropped a new video for for his summertime poolside jammer "Whiplash 2.0" featuring Marc E Bassy & P-Lo.

It's from his upcoming EP, ...To Kill For which will be out in a couple weeks, on 8/24.
