Aww! Beyonce's Twins Sir and Rumi Spotted in Miami

The Beyhive was aswirl with exitement over the weekend when the world got to see Beyonce and Jay Z's 5-month-old twins Sir and Rumi Carter for the first time since the elborate floral photo Bey relesed back in the summer.

Paparazzi scored shots of the Carters as they vacayed in Miami, and the photos made their viral rounds. But it was reported that the Beyonce hashtag on Instagram was disabled, because the private star did not consent to having Sir and Rumi's faces grace the internet. 

But alas, the screen shots are here and the babies are adorbs!
